The Challenge
Before switching to X-Naut, Corona Fire Department was experiencing routine failures of the iPads mounted in its vehicles. The department's existing cooling mount couldn't keep pace with cab temperatures, and its fans failed repeatedly — forcing the department to order replacement fans from Amazon just to keep devices running.

Corona Fire Department equipped its Executive staff, 40-hour Safety Officers, and Heavy Rescue unit vehicles with X-Naut cooling cases and mounting/charging brackets — keeping iPads cool and connected even when vehicles are parked in extreme heat.
